Key Tasks:
Create partnerships with leading Gen Z brands that can help turn around our brand perception Identify opportunities to drive perception change in the Gen-Z/Underserved Communities. Research partners, identify key players and generate interest Identify, source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and client visits Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management Develop, maintain, and grow the relationship with our partners Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company's contract guidelines and policies Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships Organize and coordinate all of the Partnership meetings in CES, Cannes, SXSW and other major trade events. Collaboration across SEA and GMC is also critical:
Work with LOBs to synch up partnerships that they have to ensure bigger bang Work with GMC on global partnerships and how SEA can leverage for our Sustainability, customization campaigns Skills and Qualifications Qualifications &
Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree with 5
of marketing, project management Leadership skills to guide and influence diverse teams into a partnership strategy Personable - You are relationship focused, positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members Creative mindset - Ability to brainstorm with partners on win wins History with execution of past partnerships Business acumen and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder interests and coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion. Demonstrated use of techniques and tools to coordinate and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate with and present to team members at all levels. Highly adaptive and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity. Excellent situational awareness and emotional intelligence. Composed - You have the ability to balance Getting Sh t Done with humility and sense of humor and know how to execute consistently in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment Ethical - You believe in our mission, share our values and understand that it's not just about what you get done, but also how you do it
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
