Position Summary The primary purpose of this role is to support the development and execution of talent development initiatives aligned to Samsung business initiatives and leadership development needs.Role and Responsibilities Roles and
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and manage programming for leadership programs for new and existing employees (i.e., Aspiring leaders, Management Essential I and II, Leadership Impact etc.). Providing professional expertise and support in the design, development, delivery, measurement and redesign of leadership programs aimed at optimizing current programs aligned with external best practice Collecting, analyzing and maintaining data gathered from multiple sources (i.e., Needs analysis, survey feedback, external benchmarking etc.) to inform both our leadership roadmap and targeted development programs Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholder groups across Samsung Electronics America, the NA region, subsidiaries and functions to leverage and share best practices and ensure alignment of SEA and SELC leadership initiatives Analyze existing leadership programming to identify areas for enhancement and integrate DEI goals and key metrics into existing leadership & development programs, promotional practices, workforce retention initiatives, etc. Work strategically with functional and regional L&D teams to identify innovative learning solutions to localize training programs and work toward reducing duplication of effort. Communicate on a regular basis with HR, business leaders, management, other training organization-SELC, SMA, etc. Interface with senior leadership multiple times/year to scope development needs, solicit training support, co-facilitate leadership sessions, be on leadership panels and provide updates on both individual and program performance. (Work across all levels of leadership - Manager through VP+) Skills and Qualifications Necessary Skills / Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, preferred but not required 8 years of broad HR experience including program design and management, facilitation and resource management in learning and leadership development Ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/project management skills. Must also thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. Ability to make decisions on design, audience, scope, participant levels, resource needs including budgets Ability to input into things like the company's roadmap, targeted participants, program criteria, content design, vendor recommendation, program implementation etc.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
