This position contributes to the overall supply and logistics planning cycle for a specific product group or category. Provides sales support and supply chain management to the SCM Management team. Activities may include data gathering and analysis for any of the following activities; inventory management, manufacturing decisions, and delivery schedules. This position may work directly with Samsung Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics operations to coordinate inventory levels and delivery schedules both locally and overseas.Role and Responsibilities Role and Responsibilities Coordinates product account activities to ensure on time right quantity delivery of electronic products to North American customers through the following activities:
Manages the release of manufacturing orders, availability of materials and the manufacturing resources in order to attain the fulfillment of customer orders in a timely manner Responds to internal and external inquiries regarding customer orders, product availability and status changes Oversees the PO database and maintains open PO quantities for accurate and up to date information including pricing and quantity Works closely with Inbound Team to manage inbound capacity, overflow warehouse, container diversions, and stock transfers Communicates with GBM HQ, overseas production plants, and sales subsidiaries regarding supply planning and production activities Analysis of Customer OTRQ result to find out failure reason and make improvement plan with operation team Resolve problems of moderate to large scope where analysis of data requires the identification of obscure or undefined factors and decisions have significant impact on business performance Responsible for revenue projection (AP1/AP2/RTF) report to leadership (Marketing/Sales/SCM) Review demand forecast in AP1/AP2/RTF to gain insights, key changes and how it impacts overall revenue plan and influence business decision Identify sales target status and product requirements to ensure fulfillment of product delivery to achieve sales plans Manages a team to achieve business objectives and KPIs Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Skills and Qualifications Skills and Qualifications 5 years related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
