Job DescriptionoCandidate is responsible for performing tasks which require touching the desktop and other computer, server, storage and variable systems.
oWill physically interfaces with the customer, a professional, courteous demeanor is required in all circumstances.
oInterpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

oReporting (Word, Excel, Power point)Qualifications QualificationsoMust have bilingual English Korean (both verbal and written), to a wide range of end-usersoWeb applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3, DNS, LDAP)oDetailed working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)oAd-hoc Reporting (Word, Excel, Power point)oExperience with enterprise email system such as Microsoft Exchange preferred.
