oWill physically interfaces with the customer, a professional, courteous demeanor is required in all circumstances.
oInterpret, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
oBe decisive, conscientious and interact well in a team environment or training capacity.
oReporting (Word, Excel, Power point)Qualifications QualificationsoMust have bilingual English Korean (both verbal and written), to a wide range of end-usersoWeb applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3, DNS, LDAP)oDetailed working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)oAd-hoc Reporting (Word, Excel, Power point)oExperience with enterprise email system such as Microsoft Exchange preferred.
oMobile devices (iOS, Android)oExperience with Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, IISoDetailed working knowledge PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
