A growing law firm in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Legal Intake Specialist for a promising opportunity with their growing staff.
Responsibilities:
The Legal Intake Specialist will:
Handle the initial calls and inquiries (Phone, Web, Email, Chat) from new prospective clients seeking out a firm to represent them regarding potential injury claimsProvide best-in-class service and obtain detailed information regarding the incident to be reviewed by our attorneys immediatelyFollow up with all potential clients regarding documentation, next steps and assisting in the sign-up process all while providing an excellent client service experiencePerform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in a Customer Service roleComputer savvyMicrosoft Office Suite proficientSolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
College DegreeBilingual Legal backgroundWorking knowledge of SalesforceExperience with LitifyProficient using multiple software & programs (CRM, VoIP, Electronic signature)Experience in a Contract Center and/or similar settingAbout the Company:
