A recognized New Jersey-based legal services firm is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Client Relations Paralegal to their staff.
Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Paralegal will:
Handle phone calls with clients to obtain relevant information about their claimsProvide a status update on their specific case and the litigationPerform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in a Customer Service roleComputer savvyMicrosoft Office Suite proficientSolid problem solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:
College DegreeBilingual (English and Spanish)Legal experience working in Personal Injury, Products Liability, Class Action / Mass TortsWorking knowledge of SalesforceExperience with Litify and/or other CRM systemExperience in a Contract Center and/or similar settingAbout the Company:
