com) is looking for an Experienced Assistant Property Manager.
Position is rewarding and the candidate must be detail oriented, experienced in getting bids, working with vendors, must be extremely organized AND OUTGOING/PLEASANT, have good follow-through, deal well under pressure and be able to multi-task.
Individual must have a VERY pleasant attitude and enjoy working with unit owners and vendors.
Candidates must possess all of the following:
Customer services, customer services & customer Experience with Pool Operations Between 5-10 years in the condominium property management field.
Responsiveness (constant e-mail communication with the Boards that will be your clients and the Superintendent/staff that you will oversee.
Working Knowledge of Building Systems Organize Community Events Ability to Organize and Present Monthly Packages.
Experienced in condominium communities and all working operations of a first class condominiums complex Understanding of Budgeting Process / Financial Reporting Working Knowledge of Building Documents (Proprietary Leases / Offering Plans / Bylaws, etc.
) Working Knowledge of City Codes / Violations / Proper Procedures CAI Certification a plus.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED A MAJOR PLUS.
