Product Knowledge Trainer in a Contact Center workplace for a Consumer Electronics Technical Support program
Job Description:
Receive continuous training from the Consumer Electronics client to stay up to date on new processes and effectively relay that information as training Conduct training sessions to the Contact Center Operations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and facilitating a strong foundation in the work environment Evaluate the existing contents, training, and support materials to recommend improvements Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement Communicate insights to Process Innovations and leadership Interact and attend regular meetings with the client REQUIREMENTS:
Strong proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate and precise ticket updates Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Adaptable in an experimental work environment Able to build, maintain, and strengthen all interpersonal relationships with co-workers, clients, and partners PREFERENCES (not required):
Strong proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Korean language Experience and familiarity with Contact Center office environment Detailed technical knowledge of home appliance/consumer electronics products - strongly preferred Experience in Customer Support Consultation - strongly preferred Experience in Human Behavior Analysis and/or A/B testing Consumer electronics product technical consultation experience Bachelor's Degree in Data Analysis, or a similar/relevant discipline OTHER
