Summary:
Lives on site to perform maintenance-related tasks and provide basic leasing and customer service support.
Will be required to live on-site as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure the entire building and its surroundings are kept extremely clean at all times - including but not limited to:
Sweep and mop Trash removed for pick-up Vacuuming and dusting regularly Touch-ups of common area paint Minor repairs Snow removal Collect keys at move out, update photos/descriptions for move out inspections in Appfolio.
Complete apartment turnovers.
Handle all minor repairs; especially plumbing and electrical Manage tenant work orders in Appfolio & Respond to tenants' requests for repairs ASAP; must be available at all times Communicate with main office any concerning building or tenant matters Maintain an inventory of all company equipment and supplies Check boiler and utilities daily to confirm all are running properly Walk through property daily Handling lead traffic from prospective renters/light leasing responsibilities, including:
Communicating with prospective renters via phone, email, and text in Appfolio.
Scheduling and performing tours of vacant units Handling documents for move-in or other leasing tasks Misc.
other light leasing duties, as necessary Will be supervised and supported by main office
Qualifications:
Able to live on site Tech skills, Google Drive/Calendar, Apps, Smartphone, etc.
Familiarity with Property Management software (desired but not required) Strong communication skills General building maintenance knowledge At least 3 years of relevant experience Compensation:
