A premier plaintiff's law firm representing clients all over the United States and has led history-making and record-setting cases on behalf of individuals, organizations, and states who have been injured or defrauded on an individual or mass scale, is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Specialist working in our Ridgefield, NJ officeLegal Intake Specialists handle the initial calls and inquiries (Phone, Web, Email, Chat) from new prospective clients seeking out a firm to represent them regarding potential injury claimsThe LI Specialist would provide best-in-class service and obtain detailed information regarding the incident to be reviewed by our attorneys immediatelyThey approach each interaction with a high degree of attention, compassion, and sense of urgency to ensure the best possible outcomeIntake Specialists also follow up with all potential clients regarding documentation, next steps and assisting in the sign-up process all while providing an excellent client service experienceREQUIRMENTS:
The ideal candidate must possess the following attributes:
o Customer Service Experience o Professional and empathetic telephone etiquette o Active listening, verbal and communication skills o Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office 365/Suite) o Excellent written, spelling, punctuation and grammar skills o Ability to obtain, confirm and update data at a high level of accuracy o Attention to detail, ability to acquire all needed information o Organizational and time-management skills o Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks o Ability to work within a team while handling individual responsibilities o Adaptability, flexibility, able to perform in a dynamic working environment The following attributes are highly desirable but not required:
o High Volume / Fast paced Contact Center Experience o Salesforce Experience (Litify Experience a BIG plus) o Proficient using multiple software & programs (CRM, VoIP, Electronic signature) o College Degree a Plus o Legal Experience a Plus o Bilingual (Spanish) a Plus Recommended Skills Active Listening Adaptability Attention To Detail Claim Processing Communication Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
