Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accuracy of data entry - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner - Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment issues - Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2
years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Proficient in TOPPS or similar accounting software - Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles and practices - Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis - Experience with ADP or other payroll systems is a plus
