Daekyo America, Inc.
is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for 3 days per week, 7 hours per day.
You must have strong verbal communication skills in Korean.
Some working hours on the weekend will be expected.
Main
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound phone inquiries and provide consultations.
Assist customers with inquiries, offering excellent service and support.
Provide guidance and assistance in program information and operational support.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth program operations.
Maintain a professional and helpful demeanor during customer interactions.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in Korean.
Ability to handle inquiries and provide clear guidance.
Prior experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
