As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in understanding our client's business needs and designing comprehensive solutions that leverage our cutting-edge products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
By working alongside other experienced professionals, you will develop a deep understanding of the project life cycle and how to drive and help our customers to elevate their operation with our technology.
Main Activities and
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Head of Solutions Architect you will be part of the North American team.
You will be responsible for:
o Client Engagement:
o Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
o Provide expert guidance on how our solution (products and services) can address specific client challenges.
o Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase proposed solutions.
o Solution Design and Implementation:
o Translate business requirements into technical terms and lead the team in designing, building, and managing technology solutions.
o Take ownership of projects/accounts from preparing solutions to test in lab all the way to customer deployment.
o Technical Expertise:
o Be the technical and solution expert facing customers.
o Assist clients in customizing solutions to their needs and integrating their data into our ESL Server solution.
o Project Management:
o Track and document every part of the customer's implementation of the solution until deployment.
o Manage all client technical communications as per the assigned responsibility in the project.
o Communicate with needed cross-functional team (sales, operations, R&D) to best support your client.
Qualifications BA/BS in related field:
software Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.
+2 year as a Solutions Architect or in a similar technical support role.
Great project management skills:
managing deadlines and delivering tasks/projects on time.
Customer-centric:
every decision you make revolves around our customers and bettering their experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong understanding of web applications, SaaS solutions, and json data Understanding of databases Understanding of networking (firewalls, DHCP, TCP/IP, etc) Experience in retail a plus.
Ability to travel to clients and tradeshows.
