Our Client is a leader in the Electronics industry in both the B2B and B2C space. They are seeking a strong Process Improvement Champion to be their Director of Customer Service. This position will not oversee the day to day customer service operations but will act as a Corporate Partner to ensure KPI compliance and reporting, identify synergies and potential standardization opportunities within the 3 subsidiary operation centers.
The main responsibility is to insure that service levels and qualitative goals are aligned and accomplished across all subsidiaries. There is heavy interaction with management at all levels including the Executive Team and overseas HQ.

Specific responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive corporate service strategy for overall North American Headquarters.
Work closely with each subsidiary and operations head to develop and enforce optimal service policies and procedures for each business unit and each product
Provide guideline to service operations of local subsidiaries and conduct periodic audits to ensure operational soundness
Enforce and monitor global customer service initiatives. Share and implement best practices to other subsidiaries
Review and monitor the performance of each subsidiary and provide assistance as needed
Manage a team of up to 10 Functional Specialists and Managers responsible for project execution and heavy analytics

The Successful candidate MUST HAVE:
o Bachelor's degree
o Must have EITHER Big 4 (or similar) consulting background or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with operations project management
o 10- 15+ years of operation oversight and process improvement as described above
o Background in either Electronics, Consumer Products or related manufacturing industry
o Excellent leadership and communication skills
o Analytics, reporting and data mining skills
Expert Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Access), as well as other analytical tools
Highly Preferred attributes:
o Consumer, Commercial and Information product technology experience
- MBA
Must be okay with fast paced, diverse culture. Travel of up to 25% is required.
Relocation will be considered for the right candidate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
