Under general supervision, performs the full scope of activities associated with the design, development, implementation and administration of competitive and legally compliant compensation programs. Manages projects, coordinates activities and prepares recommendations requiring a broad and thorough understanding of compensation techniques, methods and practices. Projects may focus on base pay, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or special pay programs and often have global impact.
- Consults with all levels of management on compensation matters.
- Serves as a resource to the HR and line managers regarding new hire offers and job evaluation.
- Participates in the survey administration process and assists in the annual compensation analysis process and the quarterly bonus plan program.
- Assists in the annual, global merit review and equity planning process. Implement and administer all aspects and elements of an effective overall total compensation and rewards program.
Research, Analysis and Implementation: a. Participate in salary surveys; develop systems, tools and methods to assimilate information used in salary survey participation; b. Analyze market data and provide comprehensive internal and external equity analysis to management; c. Identify market trends, monitor competitiveness of programs, model cost implications and recommend innovative and effective compensation and rewards programs and solutions d. Conduct research on latest compensation trends and legislative changes Design, develop and administer training and communications programs for managers and employees including compensation programs such as base pay, short-term incentive plans, long-term incentives plans and employee rewards In partnership with the Sr. Manager, Compensation & Benefits, assist in the design and delivery of compensation programs which attract, retain and motivate employees Manage ongoing compensation programs including annual compensation planning cycles, quarterly bonus program and annual equity grant program.
Necessary Skills / Attributes
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of progressively more responsible compensation experience;
Demonstrated use of advanced skills with spreadsheets, presentation applications and word processing required.
Successful incumbents will also demonstrate excellent consultative and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
This position requires a flexible individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills that can multitask in a fast-paced environment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
