General Description:
Some of the duties that the Returns Specialist will deal with include answering daily e-mails, researching credit inquiries, finding invoice numbers for Sears, working with Best Buy for damaged returns, creating manual RAs, smoothing out current processes.
Necessary Skills / Attributes:
- Excel skills and the ability to manage many different accounts
- Ability to work on several projects at once and be organized
- Function in team environments but be able to work on projects alone
- Quick learner and needs to be able to meet deadlines
- A working knowledge of SCMEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
