B2B eCommerce Analyst (Small/Medium Business)

This B2B eCommerce Analyst is responsible for overall management of the B2B SMB category as part of the SMB eCommerce strategy. You will be a key contributor to the overall strategy and growth of the SMB direct-to-end-user portal. You are also a key contributor of a cross-functional team in developing and implementing initiatives; must be able to influence outcomes through solids communication and analytical skills.
You will also be responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of set of value proposition(s) and promotional strategy to support the growth of Samsung?s Small/Medium Business (?SMB?) eCommerce portal, through which Samsung will develop a direct sales relationship with these organizations.
Role and Responsibilities
Small/Medium Business (?SMB?) category leadership for the eCommerce platform.
Assume responsibility as the lead for the SMB B2B category for SMB eComm portal, contributing to the achievement of goals related to customer acquisition, sales and profitability, across multiple product categories.
Establish product offering position through market analysis and competitive research.
Product Portfolio Enhancements
Work with key Product Marketing stakeholders to drive consensus regarding the addition of key product categories to the portal, in order to provide a more comprehensive solution for potential SMB customers
Promotional Roadmap Development
Develop, obtain consensus for, and implement promotional roadmap for SMB-centric promotions through the SMB portal, ensuring both top-line sales growth as well as achievement of bottom-line profitability objectives
Continued Platform Growth
-Working with the B2B SMB eCommerce team to identify best practices and ?never been done before? ideas in the areas of UI, UX and platform functionality for the SMB market
-Work with Engineering and/or Merchandising teams to develop specific business requirements for all enhancements, and, from a business perspective, function as key subject matter expert to drive all initiatives through to completion/implementation.
-Working with B2B sales, marketing and leadership teams, develop mid and long-term plans for continued expansion of SMB platform in order to address future market needs, either vertical or or horizontal.
General Responsibilities
-Develop relationships within SEA and in particular the eCommerce operations, such that individual is looked upon as a true ?subject matter expert,? in the area of online SMB business growth advising other key areas of the SEA organization on the benefits of leveraging such programs as part of overall category growth.
-Represent the B2B interests as the primary liaison between B2B and the Ecommerce operations.
-Work with B2B demand gen team to develop and implement SMB-focused marketing materials, both for use on S.com/business/SMB as well as off-platform through appropriate digital or offline marketing tactics, in order to drive awareness and usage of the portal by SMB customers.
Skills and Qualifications
Key Competencies
+ Knowledge of direct-to-consumer. Customer eCommerce business practices and operations is highly desirable.
+ Experiencing leading customer acquisition strategies and/or tactics, specifically as they pertain to the SMB eCommerce market, is required.
+ Product/category marketing and/or marketing services experience, for consumer electronics and/or technology products, is desirable.
+ Knowledge of premium brand channel sales, marketing, and operational processes is desirable.
+ Extreme attention to detail is required.
Education and Experience
+ Strong, demonstrable knowledge of SMB market, including size, technology-related purchase intent, ?pain points,? and key business requirements.
+ Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Strong knowledge of eCommerce marketing best practices and trends; eCommerce marketing thought leadership
+ Ability to navigate the Samsung organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in direct sales activities
+ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
+ Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities.
+ 6+ years of equivalent work experience required.
+ College degree required.
+ Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
