Sr Manager, Integrated Marketing

Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
We?re searching for a Sr Manager, Integrated Marketing to join the Demand Generation Business Organization group at Samsung Electronics America. This position will be based in Ridgefield Park, NJ.
The Mobile Demand Gen leadership team is hiring for the Strategy and Planning team! This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Strategy & Planning. Critical KPIs include enhancing customer segmentation & targeting; driving sales for product launch; improving customer acquisition, upgrade and retention across all channels with precision marketing (CDM); improving marketing efficiency and helping us enhance our world class team.
Principal Accountabilities
+ Plan, manage, execute and report on multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive demand and provide customer insight around specified target accounts
+ Ensures all internal stakeholders are kept informed about relevant marketing activities
+ Align business and marketing programs, including shopper and customer marketing initiatives and all go to market activities for the category
+ Execute and track programs that drive results and manage all aspects of market development funds
+ Work closely with internal teams to leverage a combination of strategic market and customer insight, competitive understanding and compelling campaigns to develop differentiated value propositions that build SEA?s brand in its specific target markets
+ Work closely with analytics teams
+ Identify and integrate social platforms to drive campaigns
+ Measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and performance Required Skills:
+ BA Degree required, MBA a plus
+ Requires 8-10 years of directly related experience
+ Experience working in high technology sales environment
+ Prior experience in Mobile or Mobile subscriber product management and business planning fields
+ Experience with web technologies
+ Intellectually curious and have the hunger to proactively and independently identify the opportunities where you can drive the most impact for the business
+ Highly organized/detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
+ Experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
+ A passion for technology
+ Experience at top Technology or CPG company preferable Desired Education

+ Exceptional organizational skills and a penchant for problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and perform multiple assorted tasks
+ Self-motivated, resourceful and full of integrity, with the ability to collaborate as a team while also taking initiative and exercising great judgment

+ Ability to work under pressure handling multiple time sensitive projects
Necessary Skills / Attributes
+ Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company.
+ Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
+ Read and interpret marketing documents, media materials, and contracts (or related documents) based on corporate legal and marketing standards and philosophy.
+ Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for internal and external personnel at all levels, especially in the sales and marketing, logistical, or financial areas of clients, prospects, and company.
+ Superior level of collateral development and project management skills, including the ability to prepare written plans and schedules, identify objectives, create promotional materials, coordinate and direct project teams, manage creative developers, select and control printing and production resources, and manage budgets.
+ Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames.
+ Ability to negotiate on behalf of function to come to agreement by managing communications through discussions and compromise; issues are short-term operational and medium-term tactical or limited strategic nature.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
