Role and Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include: Responsible for Managing Sales Return Orders and Related Processes within Samsung policies and Customer requirements Manage designated staff, including key performance indicators, workload balancing, and performance reviews Maintain accurate customer return policy profiles Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive process improvements and efficiencies Develop and provide various analyses and reporting, utilizing  SAP, Excel, Tableau, Powerpoint and other programs as needed Research and establish additional Best Practices Lead discrepancy resolution with customers, logistics, service and other partners Support chargeback reconciliations Maintain Global Policy and Procedures Maintain and provide necessary back-up for internal and external process audits Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field, plus 5 -7 years related experience Prior Team Leadership experience Knowledge of and experience with Reverse Logistics Processes Must have experience with SAP or similar ERP environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint Experience with Viseo and Tableau a plus Experience summarizing and presenting analytical work Excellent written and verbal communication skills Critically evaluate complex problems, provide clear and concise recommendations. Identify and facilitate prioritization of initiatives to increase efficiency History of supporting and driving innovations Must be able to balance multiple projects and issues effectively and efficiently Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
