Retail Execution and Flooring Sr Professional

Position Summary Overall Responsibilities: o The Sr. Professional Retail Execution and Flooring is responsible for managing product flooring and planogram compliance, oversight of product repair and maintenance, and Point of Purchase (POP) execution in key accounts for the Home Appliances division. o Responsible for all project management and reporting dashboards for the above, serving as key contact for reporting for SEA and SEC executives and stakeholders in Product Marketing, Sales and Demand Generation groups. o This position supports the Home Appliance (HA) categories (Laundry, Refrigeration, Cooking, Dishwasher) and reports to the Senior Director of In-Store Merchandising. Specific Responsibilities include: o Plan and execute in-store merchandising activity (flooring compliance, product repair and maintenance, POP placement) - become the face of in-store merchandising within SEA o Drive field execution with the retail field marketing team and work with team members in Retail Operations to ensure timely execution o Identify gaps in execution and form ongoing action plans to resolve and achieve desired execution targets o Collaborate with SEA stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing and Demand Generation, and SEC headquarters Global Brand Marketing stakeholders, as follows o Channel and category-level merchandising execution plans and directives for the field o Execution briefs, instructions, field training and guidelines o Escalate issues requiring support from other groups and pro-actively seek support to resolve problems o Report and communicate back to various stakeholder groups progress against target, statusof any given merchandising initiative, and highlight gaps and opportunities Role and Responsibilities Success Requirements Business Acumen and Impact Understand and help meet quarterly and annual revenue, profit and market share goals Strong Business Acumen to fully understand business issues to tackle and provide meaningful, impactful recommendations Ability to engage and influence different levels and functional stakeholders Project Management Strong project management skills - able to break down and organize projects on realistic timelines and manage multiple deliverables Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills Action-oriented personality Vendor / Team Management Manage vendor to ensure clear goals and timely execution   Align with retail team members on retail field execution priorities and plans Communications & Collaboration Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey learning and actions to take effectively and impactfully Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group, across other company functions and with external organizations Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills Skills and Qualifications Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, product management, sales, or related field. 8-10 years' experience in retail, marketing, trade marketing, product management, sales or related field Strong analytic and project management skills                Preferred Requirements 10-12 years' experience in retail, visual merchandising, marketing, trade or field marketing, product management, sales or related field 5-7 years' experience in Home Appliances products and / or Home Appliances retail channels 6 Sigma, Prince, or other project management certification R8318

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
