Specialist, Recruitment Operations

Position Summary The Recruiting Operations & Analytics Professional provides tools, processes and system support to ensure the Talent Management infrastructure and function is effective, efficient and accurate. This role is key in developing dashboards that provide Executive insight into all processes, systems, KPIs and analytics utilized mainly by Talent Acquisition. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining/reporting metrics, vendor creation and payment; this role will work on miscellaneous research and projects along with the preparation of Talent Acquisition presentations. The Recruiting Operations Specialist works independently, and considered an intermediate professional with adequate understanding of own job area. Collaborate with subject matter experts across Talent Management service areas (learning and development, HR, talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, etc.) to improve overall strategic insights. Build partnerships with management to support people metrics, reporting, and predictive analytics. Along with Analytics and dashboards, this role is responsible for working with the Operations Lead in developing and rolling out process innovations related to all systems within Talent Management. Oversee Customer Satisfaction and Candidate Experience Surveys . Respond to employee data report requests utilizing WorkDay, employer census, and ancillary reports needed by funders and internal grant management needs. Build relationships with Innovative vendors to stay updated on latest and greatest tools & technology. Responsible for reviewing all contracts for external tools, identification and implementation. Role and Responsibilities Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of directly related experience is required. 3-5 years of experience in an HR Operations function, with Applicant Tracking System and/or other HRIS system (WorkDay is preferred) Prior experience in HR staffing activities required. Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, government regulations, professional best practices and industry trends as they apply to the HR staffing function required. Experience with BI tools such as Birst, Tableau, or Qlikview. Advanced computer skills with Microsoft business applications software, internet sources, and HRIS systems. Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management, vendor or agency personnel. This includes a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personal and corporate dynamics. Demonstrated English language competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external communications at various levels. Work under general supervision and guidance from manager to identify and ensure achievement of production team goals and to complete individual assignments within established time frames. The demonstrated ability to solve problems requiring creativity to search for solutions among learned experiences. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
